Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, has held a series of meetings and visits in Sweden aimed at strengthening cooperation in innovation, technology and economic development.
Leading a high-level UAE delegation, Sheikha Latifa met Swedish business leader Marcus Wallenberg to discuss global economic trends, innovation, investment opportunities and the role of the private sector in supporting sustainable growth and competitiveness.
She also visited AI technology company Lovable, where she was briefed on how artificial intelligence is being used to simplify software development and support entrepreneurs and innovators.
During her visit to Stockholm, Sheikha Latifa toured the Nobel Prize Museum, learning about its efforts to highlight the achievements of Nobel Prize winners and promote a culture of science, research, and innovation.
The delegation also visited KTH Innovation, the innovation hub of the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which supports researchers, students and entrepreneurs in turning ideas into successful startups and projects with real-world impact.
The meetings and visits explored opportunities for knowledge exchange and long-term partnerships across key sectors.
