Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, has discussed expanding cooperation with foreign ministers from Brunei, Maldives, and Nepal on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The meetings discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations across several sectors, including the economy, trade, investment, culture, tourism, energy, and artificial intelligence.
The top UAE diplomat reaffirmed the UAE's commitment to advancing frameworks for constructive and productive cooperation with countries worldwide.

He also reviewed regional and international developments with Tom Fletcher, UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator.
Both sides looked at ways to coordinate in the humanitarian field, highlighting the importance of supporting international efforts to strengthen humanitarian response and mitigate the impact of crises.
Sheikh Abdullah also explored advancing cooperation between the UAE and Tonga in a meeting with Tonga's Prime Minister, Fatafehi Fakafānua.
