Sharjah Municipality to go completely cashless from July 15

Sharjah Municipality has announced plans to stop cash transactions at all its service centres from July 15.

Taking to their official social media channels, the civic body said all fines and municipality fees will be collected via the Tasheel system using the Tahseel card, Emirates ID or via direct debit from bank accounts.

Customers could also use credit and debit cards, and e-wallets platforms from Samsung, Google and Apple.
