The UAE Gender Balance Council has launched a national survey to gather public views and insights for the UAE Gender Balance Strategy 2027–2031.

The survey aims to help shape priorities for the next phase, with a focus on equal opportunities, economic participation and preparing for changes in society and the workplace.

Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the UAE Gender Balance Council, said the new strategy will build on the UAE’s progress in promoting gender balance, while preparing for emerging opportunities and global changes.

The Council said the strategy will also look at developments in the labour market, future skills, artificial intelligence, caregiving and quality of life.

The National Gender Balance Survey is open to UAE citizens and residents, across all seven emirates, and is available in Arabic and English.

The online survey is confidential, and responses will be combined with other data and expert input to help identify priorities for the years ahead.
