Students of determination in Dubai will no longer be paying any additional charges with their school fees.
That's according to the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), who recently released the Directives and Guidelines for Inclusive Education handbook for private schools and governing boards to use as a reference.
The handbook revealed that previously, schools in the emirate refused admissions to students with determination due to a lack of facilities and support.
However now, the KHDA has confirmed that all students will pay the same fees from the next academic year.
