A 3.3. magnitude earthquake was recorded in the emirate of Fujairah on Friday.
According to the National Centre of Meteorology's (NCM) National Seismic Network, the tremor occurred in the Safad area at 12:35 pm at a depth of about 2.3 km.
The quake was slightly felt by some residents but the NCM confirmed it had no impact on the country.
