Indian education board CBSE postpones exams on March 2

India's Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has postponed exams scheduled for Class 10 and 12 students on Monday, March 2, in the UAE and the Middle East, with the new test date to be announced later.

In an official statement, the board revealed Middle East countries that will not hold the exam on Monday include Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE due to the ongoing regional developments. 

It also noted that it will review the situation on Tuesday, March 3, to determine the course of action for examinations scheduled on Thursday, March 5. 

The board advised students to follow up with their schools for any updates and information on the examinations.
