H.H. Sheikh Mohammed welcomes 1.27 million students back to school

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has welcomed more than 1.27 million students across the UAE as they begin the new academic year.

In a message marking the occasion on X, Sheikh Mohammed said the start of every academic year brings renewed energy and new ambitions for children and students across the country.

Addressing students, he highlighted the importance of their education in building the UAE's future and encouraged them to pursue their ambitions.

Sheikh Mohammed also praised teachers for their role in spreading knowledge, developing talent and building confidence among young people.

He described parents as the first partners in the education journey and highlighted their role in supporting children's development.

His Highness concluded by wishing students a successful academic year filled with knowledge, learning and happiness.
