Federal government employees across the UAE have been granted six days paid leave to visit Expo 2020 Dubai.

It will enable them and their families to experience the mega event, which runs until March 31, 2022.

The decision was approved by the UAE Cabinet headed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

In a separate announcement on Wednesday, the Abu Dhabi government announced six days’ holiday for its employees to visit the Expo.

Last month, a six-day paid leave was also announced for Dubai government employees.
