Employers asked to name candidates for next batch of National Service recruitment

NULL

The National Service and Reserve Authority has directed all organisations in the country to name eligible candidates for its next phase of recruitment session, scheduled on January 16. Both public and private sector entities have been asked to nominate at least 45% of their male Emirati employees who are qualified for military service. Companies have also been advised to prepare a backup list of another 10% candidates, in case some included in the first list don’t meet requirements. Training is mandatory for all able-bodied Emirati men aged between 18 and 30, while it’s optional for women.
