Emirates has extended the suspension of its flights to and from Tel Aviv until Thursday, October 26, due to the ongoing conflict in the region.

In a statement on its website, the Dubai carrier said they are "closely monitoring the situation in Israel and are in close contact with the relevant authorities".

"Customers with onward connections to Tel Aviv will not be accepted for travel at their point of origin until further notice."

The airline has advised passengers affected by the flight suspension to contact their booking agents for alternatives, refunds, cancellations or for rebooking. Change and cancellation charges will be waived for tickets issued on/before October 11, for travel until November 30.

The airline added that the safety of their passengers crew and stakeholders is their number one priority.

Both Etihad Airways and flydubai confirmed to ARN News that they are operating as normal and closely monitoring the situation.
