An official platform has been unveiled in Dubai for individuals and organisations to contribute to humanitarian, charitable and social development initiatives.

The Community Development Authority (CDA) has launched 'Jood' in line with the objectives of the Dubai Social Agenda 33.

The initiative aims to ensure transparency and efficiency in harnessing contributions to social causes.

It encourages the participation of companies, entrepreneurs, institutions and individuals of diverse nationalities in sustainable projects across critical sectors such as health, education, and social welfare.

With its digital interface, 'Jood' offers direct access and immediate contribution to diverse community initiatives, allowing contributions through the platform (jood.ae) or by making quick donations via the 'Dubai Now' application.

The platform was developed in partnership with the General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Dubai, the Dubai Digital Authority, the Community Development Authority, the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities, and the Department of Finance in Dubai.
