Dubai sets up new court to combat financial crimes

A new court has been set up for combatting financial crimes and money laundering in Dubai.

That’s according to the Government of Dubai, which clarified that the move will raise the UAE and the emirate’s global competitiveness.

The new division will be within the Court of First Instance and Court of Appeal.

It will also support the UAE’s wider endeavour to combat crime.
