Property owners, developers, management companies and tenants must register their family members or co-occupants against their Ejari contract in two weeks through the Dubai REST app.

According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD) website, the registration can be done through a simple process on the Dubai REST app.

You can log in either using the UAE pass or sign up with your Emirates ID and add your personal details.

The co-occupants will be automatically updated on the tenancy contract once the registration is complete.

The Dubai REST app is available for both iOS and Android
