Dubai Holding, a diversified global investment company, has announced a career fair aimed at UAE citizens, offering job opportunities across its wide portfolio of businesses.

The Dubai Holding Career Fair for UAE Nationals will take place on September 23 at Madinat Jumeirah (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), bringing jobseekers face-to-face with hiring teams from across the Group’s seven businesses and 10 sectors.

Participants will be able to explore a wide range of opportunities, take part in on-site interviews and, where applicable, move directly to the next stage of the recruitment process.

The event is part of Al Multaqa, Dubai Holding’s unified platform for UAE National talent.

Businesses and brands represented will include Jumeirah, Meraas, Nakheel, Global Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Coca-Cola Arena and Arabian Radio Network.

Opportunities span areas including project delivery, strategy, legal, cybersecurity, engineering, facilities management, sales, leasing, guest relations, marketing, finance, human capital, customer engagement and community management.

Positions range from specialist and manager roles to director, Vice President and senior leadership opportunities.

Dubai Holding’s Group Chief People Officer, Fatma Hussain, says investing in UAE National talent remains a strategic priority for the company and is central to Dubai’s long-term economic progress.

She added that the career fair is designed to create meaningful opportunities for ambitious UAE Nationals, while supporting their contribution to Dubai’s next phase of growth.

Al Multaqa extends beyond the career fair, bringing together programmes designed to support UAE Nationals throughout their careers, from early professional development and specialist roles to leadership opportunities and long-term career mobility within the Group.
