A smart biochemistry laboratory, powered by A.I. solutions, has been inaugurated at Dubai Hospital.
It can analyse two million samples a year, thanks to its high-speed and highly precise technologies, while one of its machines can test 2,000 samples of liver, kidney and heart functions in less than an hour.
Within the same period, the lab can also check 300 samples through its advanced tumour devices.
The facility, which will function 24|7, will cater to Dubai Hospital and all Dubai Health Authority (DHA) facilities in its first phase with plans to include private facilities in subsequent phases.
The DHA also aims to establish the new lab as a medical, scientific and research reference centre for education and training purposes.
