DHA launches isolation facility for positive COVID-19 cases

An isolation facility has opened in Dubai for positive and suspected COVID-19 cases.

According to the Dubai Health Authority, the 1,500 square metre centre is located near Rashid Hospital and contains 25 fully equipped rooms.

These include Intensive Care Units (ICU), medical isolation and treatment rooms, examination rooms and clinic.

The health authority highlighted that the new centre has been established to tackle the spread of the virus.
