Deira fire victims wait to move back into apartment building

A number of residents of the gutted Al Shamsi building in Deira say they've not been able to move back into their units, forcing them to stay with relatives overnight. Staff of Little Manila Restaurant, who were affected by the blaze, say all negotiations will be between their company and the building owners. Al Ahli Group provides the accommodation for the employees, renting four flats in Al Shamsi building. Kitchen staff Rachel Gallegos and Eman Lagamson say they will be staying in hotels for few days near the location of the restaurant.
