COVID-19: UAE reports 189 new cases, no deaths for fourth straight day

The UAE has announced 189 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 61,352.

According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), 29,398 additional tests have been carried out across the Emirates.

Meanwhile, the number of recoveries in the UAE has gone up to 55,090 after another 227 patients received the all-clear.

The death toll remains 351 as no fatalities have been reported for the fourth consecutive day.

This means that there are currently 5,911 active cases in the country.
