COVID-19: Dubai Municipality shuts three outlets

Three establishments have been shut down by Dubai Municipality during the latest round of inspections to ensure compliance with COVID-19 precautionary measures.

Two salons were closed in Jumeirah and Al Karama areas due to overcrowding, while a laundry in Satwa was shut for violating health and hygiene guidelines.

Three outlets were fined and warnings were issued to 26 others during the checks that covered a total of 2,157 establishments.

#DubaiMunicipality strengthened its inspection campaigns on establishments to ensure their commitment to precautionary measures. The total commitment rate reached 98%, the number of inspection visits reached 2,157, 3 establishments were closed, and 26 warnings were made. pic.twitter.com/V5sHNWhQsh
