COVID-19: 1,759 new cases detected in the UAE today

The UAE has confirmed 1,759 new cases of COVID-19 from 160,390 tests.

Another 1,580 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 493,689.

Meanwhile, two more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,573.

A total of 512,497 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 17,235 are currently active.
