Combatting COVID-19: 5 sports facilities in Dubai fined

Action has been taken against 11 sports facilities in Dubai for violating COVID-19 safety measures.

Five facilities were fined, while another six were issued with warnings.

It comes as teams from Dubai Sports Council (DSC) and Dubai Economy continue to intensify inspections in the Emirate.

Teams from @DubaiSC and @Dubai_DED have fined 5 sports establishments over the weekend for their failure to adhere to COVID-19 precautionary measures and safety guidelines, while 6 others receive warnings, as inspection of sports establishments and events continue. pic.twitter.com/qX03vRNf19
