WAM

The bodies of six UAE servicemen who were killed while on national duty arrived at Al Bateen Airport in Abu Dhabi on Saturday.

They were flown into the capital in a UAE Air Force plane.

Several senior Armed Forces officers received the bodies at the airport, after which a special military ceremony took place.

The UAE Armed Forces had earlier mourned the martyrdom of the six Emirati servicemen who were killed in a vehicle collision while performing their national duty during operations in the field.
