Four injured after debris incident at Khor Fakkan port

Authorities in Sharjah say four people have been injured in an incident at Khor Fakkan port on Sunday, after debris fell during a successful air defence interception.

A fire broke out at the scene, but emergency crews responded swiftly and brought it under control. Cooling operations are now ongoing.

One person, a Nepalese national, suffered serious injuries and has been taken to hospital, while three Pakistani nationals sustained minor to moderate injuries.

Officials are urging the public to rely on official sources for updates and to avoid sharing unverified information.
