Abu Dhabi shuts down cafe over food safety violations

Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA) has ordered temporary closure of 'Lassi Shop' due to repeated food safety violations and failure to implement adequate measures to rectify the issue.

Officials said the violations posed a public health risk, prompting the administrative closure of the cafe under the Emirate's food safety law.

The establishment will be allowed to resume its operations once it meets the requirements and inspectors confirm that the violations have been resolved.
