Abu Dhabi police deal with 2 million calls in 9 months

Abu Dhabi police are dealing with thousands of calls and texts every day. That’s the message from the Head of the Operations department, who says they have dealt with 2 million calls in the last nine months alone. The police say they're happy to receive alerts in several different ways. They’re particularly proud of their text messaging service, 5999, for people with special needs.
