Abu Dhabi makes it easier to issue and attest birth, death certificates

The process of getting and attesting death and birth certificates in Abu Dhabi has become a lot easier and quicker.

The service can now be completed in a single step, around the clock and within minutes through a unified digital platform - TAMM, Abu Dhabi’s government services platform.

The new system, following a partnership between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and Department of Health - Abu Dhabi (DoH), will streamline the process, reduce time and improve efficiency. 

In 2025, approximately 47,000 birth and death certificates were issued in Abu Dhabi, the authorities added.
