Abu Dhabi government entities and companies will return to full workplace capacity from September 5.

All vaccinated employees and those exempted must show green status on Al Hosn app and follow government testing requirements, while unvaccinated employees must test every seven days.

Employees who do not comply with the testing protocols will not be able to attend work and the absence will be deducted from their annual leave or monthly salary.

Meanwhile, vaccinated visitors and customers must show green status on Al Hosn app, while those unvaccinated must show a negative PCR test result taken within 48 hours.

Remote working is allowed for one parent of a child in grade 10 or below who is exempt from in-person school attendance based on medical authorisation and a statement from the educational institution.

Employers can grant additional authorisation based on government regulations.
