78 new COVID-19 cases in UAE

The UAE has confirmed 78 new cases of COVID-19 from 242,454 tests in the last 24 hours.

As many as 72 people have been given the all-clear, taking the overall tally of recoveries to 737,821.

No further COVID-19 related deaths have been reported with the number remaining at 2,151.

A total of 742,719 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 2,747 are currently active.
