703 new COVID-19 cases in UAE

The UAE has confirmed 703 new cases of COVID-19 from 261,318 tests in the past 24 hours.

Another 673 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 986,102.

One patient has died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 2,341. 

A total of 1,007,742 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 19,299 are currently active.
