The UAE has confirmed 422 new cases of COVID-19 from 197,656 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 302 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 1,002,349.
No further deaths have been recorded, so the total number of fatalities remains at 2,342.
A total of 1,022,960 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 20,611 are currently active.
