There are concerns over food and water supplies in areas of south Asia that have been hit by major floods.

Over 150 people have been killed in Nepal, India and Bangladesh, while at least 5.8 million have been displaced.

Reports say that many people are struggling to access clean drinking water and having to make do with meagre food supplies.

Monsoon rains caused major flooding across Nepal, Bangladesh and the northeast Indian state of Assam, while parts of Pakistan have also been affected.
