Zayn Malik confirms Gigi is his girlfriend

Zayn Malik has confirmed he is dating Gigi Hadid. The former One Direction band member admitted the 20-year-old model, who he passionately kisses in the music video for his debut solo single 'Pillowtalk', is his significant other after answering a carefully-worded question posed by one of his fans. During an appearance on radio show Zach Sang & the Gang, one supporter rang up and asked Zayn: "Was it cool to have your girlfriend in the video?" He replied: "Uh, yeah. That was cool. It was something different. We enjoyed it. It was fun." Just to be sure, the co-hosts followed that up by saying: "No one easier to make out with than your own girlfriend, right?" Zayn said: "Exactly." The confirmation will come as no surprise to fans of the couple, who have been spotted looking very close while out and about on several occasions. What's more, recent reports have suggested the pair are "in love". A source said: "Zayn and Gigi are getting serious. Gigi was so excited when Zayn asked her to be in his music video. They both acted very professional on set but it was very obvious that they were in love. "They couldn't stop flirting with each other. Gigi and Bella [her sister] really like the fact they are in music videos with their boyfriends ... This relationship is very different then when she was with Jonas. Her friends think this is going to last!"
