The family of comedian Joan Rivers have settled a medical malpractice case with the clinic where she died in 2014. The 81-year-old's daughter filed a complaint last year, claiming staff performed unauthorised procedures, snapped a selfie with her, and failed to try and save her life. The clinic in New York City hasn't said how much it's paid out. Rivers passed away in September 2014, after she stopped breathing during a routine endoscopy.
