New Star Wars movie in the US and Canada expected to take in AED 790 million in first few days

Come Sunday the new Star Wars movie is expected to have taken in an estimated AED 790 million in the U.S and Canada. Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which was partly shot in the Abu Dhabi desert, had its Middle Eastern debut in the UAE’s capital on Wednesday. The seventh installment in the multi-billion dirham movie franchise was released across UAE cinemas on Thursday. Film critics have raved about the film directed by J.J Abrams.
