Naomi Campbell needs hip replacement?

Naomi Campbell may need a hip replacement. The 45-year-old model was forced to use a walking aide at the premiere of Eddie Redmayne's 'The Danish Girl' in London this week after doctors told her to take it easy as surgery on her damaged joint is looking more likely. An eye-witness told The Sun newspaper: "Naomi had to hobble in through the back door to avoid being pictured. "She was openly telling other guests she may need a hip replacement. She said her injury was down to wear and tear. "She even skipped the after-party because it looked like she was in a lot of pain." The catwalk beauty has sparked concerns over her health in recent months after she was spotted using a wheelchair on various occasions and being assisted out of her friend Madonna's house following a night out last week. An insider explained: "It's become well known in the industry that she's been suffering. There have been a lot of whispers about what's wrong with her, given that she has even needed a wheelchair at certain points." However, a close pal of Naomi's is adamant her injury has been brought on by her globe-trotting career and she'll be back to "normal" after some much needed rest. The source said: "It is only a light injury, aggravated by travel, work and exercise. She is all good and will be out and about as normal over the next few days."
