Medical examiner releases Prince's cause of death

A report on the cause of Prince’s death has been released, stating he died of an overdose on painkiller, fentanyl. The report stated that the 57-year-old self-administered the high-risk and highly addictive drug, commonly used to treat severe pain. The report was released by the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office. Prince was found in an elevator in his home in Minnesota, United States on April 22.
