Jackie Chan says Dubai 'ideal' movie destination

Jackie Chan has praised Dubai's filming infrastructure.

The Chinese superstar is back in the emirate to shoot his latest movie Vanguard.

He said Dubai's support services and exciting backdrops make it an ideal setting for movies.

Directed by acclaimed action-filmmaker Stanley Tong, the movie is being shot extensively in Dubai at various locations including Dubai Studio City, Downtown Dubai and City Walk.

Vanguard is slated for a global release in 2020.
