Bollywood's much-loved star Deepika Padukone, who recently joined forces with Adidas, highlighted all things fitness during her time in Dubai.
Talking exclusively to City 1016's Lokesh Dharmani and Meghna Mundkur, she spoke about the need to be "kind" to oneself, and the importance of being "patient" while embarking on one's fitness journey.
"Often people want to get all the answers instantly, but that's not how it works," she elaborated, adding that it's key to make fitness a lifestyle choice and "believe" things will work out in time.
The Indian actor, who also played professional badminton initially, spoke about why physical and emotional well-being must go hand-in-hand.
