Revealed: UAE's most in-demand jobs for 2020

Those with strong digital and interpersonal skills will be the winners in the job market next year.

That's according to a new study by leading recruitment consultants Robert Half. 

According to the report, consumer and business confidence is running at a higher rate than in previous years and strong economic growth is predicted for the UAE for the coming 12 months. Whilst this is good news for potential candidates, employers may struggle to fill roles due to a skills shortage. 

Compared to five years ago, 82 per cent of UAE business leaders find it more challenging to find qualified talent to fill open roles. 

Gareth El Mettouri, Associate Director at Robert Half UAE, tells us how some employers are making themselves more attractive to potential job seekers.
