Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a construction contract worth over AED 450 million to Naresco Contracting for Central Park Plaza, a high-end residential development at City Walk.
Scheduled for handover in the third quarter of 2027, the project will feature two residential towers — one with 23 floors and the other with 20 — housing a total of 212 apartments designed for modern urban living.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, says Central Park Plaza reflects their vision of building premium communities that focus on well-being, connectivity and quality of life right in the heart of the city.
The project is the latest addition to the Central Park master development and reinforces City Walk’s growing reputation as a destination for upscale living with a strong sense of community.
