A majority of companies in the region do not handle their end of service benefits correctly, according to a new report by SEI Middle East. 73% of respondents confessed to being clueless about how their funds are being managed. Samir Abdel Kahader, Head of SEI Middle East, spoke to ARN and says end of service pay is bringing about a new trend within firms and particular departments.
