Food security, domestic production and supply chain resilience are taking centre stage in Dubai as Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 brings together manufacturers, technology providers and industry leaders from around the world.

The three-day event, running from November 3 to 5, features 2,500 exhibitors from 79 countries and showcases the latest innovations in food processing, packaging, ingredients, automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.

The exhibition was officially inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, who toured the exhibition floor and reviewed developments across the food manufacturing sector.

Held under the theme "Powering Food Security Through Manufacturing Innovation", the event also hosts the FoodTech Summit, where policymakers and business leaders are discussing priorities shaping regional food production, including supply chain resilience and investment in logistics infrastructure.

Gulfood Manufacturing is being held alongside ISM Middle East, GulfHost and Private Label Middle East, with the combined platform spanning 21 exhibition halls.
