Dubai Taxi Company targets Ajman expansion through new partnership

Dubai Media Office

Dubai Taxi Company has signed a memorandum of understanding with Ajman-based AJ Industries to explore a strategic partnership aimed at expanding mobility services across the emirate.

Under the agreement, the two companies will assess ways to strengthen transport services in Ajman by combining Dubai Taxi Company's operational expertise and digital platforms with AJ Industries' local market knowledge.

Areas under review include integrating e-hailing platforms such as Bolt into Ajman's taxi network, improving fleet operations, and enhancing digital booking and dispatch systems to deliver a better customer experience.

The partnership will also explore flexible driver supply solutions to help meet growing demand and maintain service standards across the sector.

In addition, both companies will examine opportunities to upgrade Ajman's limousine services through premium standards, modernised fleets, and advanced technology.

They will also consider new business opportunities, including corporate transport solutions, tourism partnerships and on-demand premium mobility services.

The agreement lays the groundwork for a scalable mobility platform that could improve transport services across both mass-market and premium segments, with the potential to be expanded to other emirates in the future.
