Dubai is leading the world when it comes to building record-breaking properties.

That's according to Forbes, which says China and Dubai hold more Guinness World Records than any other country or city in the world.

Dubai's Gevora Hotel is the tallest hotel in the world, while Burj Khalifa's At.mosphere is the highest restaurant on the planet.

It said Dubai and China are “leading the pack” when it comes to receiving property-related accolades.
