Terms and Conditions for EXEED Auto by Al Ghurair Car Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

•     The competition is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
•     Participants must present a valid Emirates ID to enter the draw.
•     Employees of EXEED Auto, Al Ghurair, Arabian Radio Network (ARN), and Dubai Holding are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:

•     To enter the competition, participants must visit the EXEED Auto showroom located in Deira, Dubai on Saturday 26th August, from 10 AM to 12 PM Dates are subject to change, listen to ARN for any change of dates.
•  The competition will take place from August 21st to August 30th, 2023 and entries will be accepted only during the live broadcast times.
•     Participants must fill out a digital form prepared by ARN. 
•     Participants must provide a valid Emirates ID and accurate contact details during entry.
•     The grand draw will be held on September 2nd, 2023 at the EXEED Auto showroom. The date of the draw is subject to change.
•     If the prize winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be issued to a parent or legal guardian.

3. Entry Limit:

•  Each participant is allowed one entry into the draw, validated by a unique Emirates ID number.
•  Participants who agree to a test drive of the car will receive an additional entry in the draw.
• Winners of the on-air radio competition "Ultimate Dubai Road Trip (90)" will automatically receive entries into the draw.

4. Winner Selection:

• All the entries will be printed and placed in a raffle draw box for selection at the JA Lake View Hotel on 2nd September 2023. Date and venue subject to change
•   A representative from the Dubai Economic Department (DED) will be present to draw the winner's name.

5. Prize:

•     The prize is a 2023 EXEED LX comfort with a retail value of AED 80,000 or more including VAT, given directly by EXEED Auto by Al Ghurair to the winner, facilitated by ARN.
•     The prize is provided by EXEED Auto by Al Ghurair.
•     Only one car will be awarded from entries collected by all nine participating radio stations during their live broadcasts.
•  Once the prize is declared by ARN, it is the responsibility of the winner to deal with EXEED Auto by Al Ghurair to complete all formalities & payments to collect & register the car, deal with any issues, complaints or servicing requirements in relation to the prize. 
•  The winner is given 3 months to claim the prize.

6. Notification and Verification:

•     The winner will be notified during the day of the grand prize draw.
•     The winner may be required to provide additional documentation for verification purposes.

7. Taxes and Expenses:

•     The prize includes a 7-year / up 200,000KM warranty (whichever comes first) excluding a service package.
•  To keep the 7-year / 200,000KM warranty valid, customers need to service the car at EXEED Auto by Al Ghurair. 
•  Any other associated expenses such as RTA registration and motor insurance will be the responsibility of the winner. 

8. Disqualification:

•     Entrants submitting multiple entries or attempting to undermine the integrity of the competition will be disqualified.

9. General Terms:

•     The draw will be conducted under the supervision of the Dubai Economic Department.

10. Privacy:

•      All contact information and data will be held by ARN. Only entrants who consent to sharing any information with EXEED Auto by Al Ghurair for the purpose of a test drive and the details of the winner will have their information shared with EXEED Auto by Al Ghurair.

11. Publicity and Promotion:

•      The winner must visit the EXEED Auto showroom for publicity photos and give consent to its use on Exeed's social media channels, in media releases, and on ARN's social media accounts.

12. Dubai Economic Department Standard Prize Rules:

•  The competition is subject to the standard prize rules and regulations set forth by the Dubai Economic Department.

13. ARN General Competition Terms and Conditions:

•      The ARN general competition terms and conditions (found on each ARN radio station website), as well as any specific competition rules, apply to the Exeed Car Giveaway Competition.
•      By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

In case of any dispute, the decision of ARN & EXEED Auto by Al Ghurair will be considered final.
