About Chef Fatma:
Chef Fatma Abdulla Ibrahim AlAjmi – Speciality Chef Jumeriah Beach Hotel , Jumeriah Hotels and Resorts. Fatma currently holds the title of Specialty Chef at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Jumeriah Hotels and Resorts since 2017. Her tenure with the has been successful to date, underscored by recognition through obtaining frequent internal and external awards. Won a gold medal for the Emirates Salon Culinaire for Best local Emirate Cuisine at Gulf Food Dubai in 2017 and 2018. Fatma was also named the UAE National Colleague of the Year at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in 2018.

Chef Musabbeh Al Kaabi is the Executive Oriental Chef at Jumeriah Zabeel Saray - Overseeing operations in Al Nafoorah, Lalezar and Amala. Chef Musabbeh Al Kaabi is the first Emirati chef. After serving in the military for seven years, Chef Musabbeh decided to change his career and work as a chef in a hotel in the UAE 20 years ago. Chef Musabbeh Is honoured with the “Captaincy Title” of UAE’s culinary team since 2014.
