Women's World Cup: US finishes undefeated in group play

The United States came through unscathed at the Women's World Cup Group F round, defeating rivals Sweden 2-0 at Stade Oceane in France.

Lindsey Horan struck in the first three minutes for the fastest goal of this tournament, before Tobin Heath added a controversial second after the break.

he defending champions remain undefeated in the group play, and will now face Spain in the knockout phase. 

Meanwhile, Sweden will face Canada in Group E, with both matches to be played on Monday.
