UAEFA provides 12 chartered flights to Gulf Cup final in Jeddah

WAM

The UAE Football Association (UAEFA) has provided 12 chartered aircraft to transport fans to Jeddah to witness the UAE national team's final match against Saudi Arabia in the Gulf Cup on Tuesday.

The initiative is part of efforts to support the national team and strengthen the presence of UAE supporters at the highly anticipated match.

The association had initially provided six chartered planes, but after major demand and massive public turnout, added another six planes on Sunday night.

Tickets sold out in hours, with the six added aircrafts selling out within one hour. The association shared on social media platform X that the 12 planes had been filled up.

UAE fans planning to fly to the Kingdom on their own can still get the chance to receive free tickets for the match on Tuesday, the federation stated on X.

The match, held at Alinma Stadium in King Abdullah Sports City, will kick off at 10:00 pm UAE time.
