The DP World Tour has announced that the top 50 players in the Race to Dubai rankings will participate in the DP World Tour Championship, the world’s richest golf tournament, set to take place at Jumeirah Golf Estates from November 14 to 17, 2024.

At a press conference held at the Dubai Sports Council headquarters, key figures including His Excellency Saeed Hareb, Secretary General of the Dubai Sports Council, and Tom Phillips, CEO of the DP World Tour in the Middle East, shared insights about the event.

The championship aims to enhance Dubai's reputation as a premier global destination for golf, with last year’s attendance reaching a record 79,000 spectators.

The tournament will feature numerous accompanying events, such as ladies’ and family days, designed to create a festive atmosphere for attendees.

Ewan Ferguson, a three-time DP World Tour winner, expressed his excitement about competing on the Earth Course, highlighting Dubai's exceptional facilities and welcoming environment for players and fans alike.

With a lineup including stars like Rory McIlroy, Justin Rose and Tommy Fleetwood the championship promises an exhilarating finale to the season, continuing its tradition as a highlight of the global golf calendar.
